To support the Eclipse 500, we developed PhostrEx™, a revolutionary Halon-free fire suppression system approved by the EPA and FAA. Along with an all-electric system originally developed for the Eclipse 500, it greatly reduces the amount of hazardous materials on the Eclipse 400.
The single Pratt & Whitney Canada turbofan also makes the Eclipse 400 equally reserved in fuel usage, noise, and emissions (NOx, CO2, and CO). Because for all the remote places the Eclipse 400 can take you, it’s good to know there’s nothing remotely pollutant about it.
