We call it JetComplete®, and we believe the services and discounts within our unique program make operating an Eclipse 500 convenient, predictable, and cost-effective. Exclusively for Eclipse 500 owners, JetComplete takes the worry and hassle out of jet ownership.

JetComplete makes Eclipse Aviation your single point of contact for every operational and maintenance requirement for three full years—gathering weather reports, filing your flight plan, scheduling routine maintenance, even rushing a service technician to any location—all for one low, predictable cost.

Training

Purchasing an Eclipse 500 includes one slot in our pilot training course, whether or not you are enrolled in JetComplete. However, JetComplete members receive one complimentary recurrent training slot for each membership year and discounts on additional pilot and emergency situation training. Members also receive a 15 percent discount on our 10-day maintenance training program.

Flight Support

JetComplete Flight Support provides a similar level of safety and convenience enjoyed by commercial airline pilots. With one call to JetComplete Flight Support, we’ll create and file your customized flight plan, provide weather briefings, route planning, and diversion and emergency assistance. Flight Support will also find the best fuel prices along your route and will work to get you in and out of high-destination airports. Flight Support services are available seven days a week.

Data Service

Data Service

JetComplete will manage your subscriptions to XM® satellite weather and Jeppesen® NavDB and chart databases. JetComplete members receive the following data services:

  • Three-year subscription to navigational database updates for the aircraft
  • Three-year subscription to a JeppView® 3 and FliteDeck software package (the software includes electronic approach plates, high/low enroute charts for the continental United States, and moving map software for an electronic flight bag)
  • Three-year subscription to Jeppesen high/low enroute paper charts for the continental United States
Maintenance Services

Maintenance Services

With JetComplete, there are no additional costs for nearly all maintenance and parts when your aircraft is serviced at an Eclipse Service Center or by a pre-approved technician. The JetComplete services that offer predictable maintenance costs include:

  • One 48-hour Return-to-Service (RTS) and Mobile Repair Team (MRT) support per 300 JetComplete hours
  • Coverage for scheduled and unscheduled aircraft events including Alerts and recommended Service Bulletins
  • A 10 percent discount on tools, spare parts, and ground support equipment (parts discount does not apply to optional equipment)

Eclipse Aviation, in conjunction with Pratt & Whitney Canada, provides extended engine maintenance coverage.

Return-to-Service Support

Return-to-Service Support

JetComplete members enjoy one covered 48-hour Return-to-Service (RTS) support event per 300 flight hours for a non-dispatchable Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situation, including Mobile Repair Team (MRT) support. With one call to JetComplete, you can coordinate AOG maintenance and receive a diagnosis, cost estimate, and repair schedule.
