We provide dedicated customer service and technical representatives 24 hours per day, 365 days per year for Eclipse 500 systems, components, structures, and engines. Because it's our philosophy that no one can take care of our customers or our aircraft better than we can.

Service Centers

Eclipse Designated Repair Technicians
Eclipse is dedicated to providing the most effective and thorough maintenance training available in the industry today. Using the latest innovations in troubleshooting and maintenance technology, as well as proven training methods, we provide a safety-driven and continuously evolving training program that is cost-effective and flexible for all Eclipse 500 operators. Operators who prefer to coordinate or perform their own maintenance can have their mechanics trained by Eclipse through our Eclipse Designated Repair Technicians (EDRT) program. Trained EDRT mechanics have full access to Eclipse technical representatives for support.
Eclipse emphasizes the "60-minute" troubleshooting concept and follows the NBAA Guidelines for Business Aviation Maintenance Training and Air Transportation Association Specification 104 Guidelines for Aircraft Maintenance Training.

Return-to-Service (RTS) Support
An Eclipse team dedicated to field problem resolution is available around the clock to quickly respond to events. The mobile repair team will deliver parts and technicians to guarantee the highest levels of customer satisfaction. JetComplete customers will have the option to further expedite the repair and return to service of their aircraft as well as specifying the required repair timeframe.
