Training
JetComplete members receive pilot training and training for maintenance technicians at reduced or even no cost. Pilot training includes type rating and other training available to all Eclipse 500 owners, plus three annual, recurrent pilot training classes during the three-year term of the program. Maintenance training can consist of initial and recurrent training for a maintenance technician, as well as preferred pricing for additional training events. Certain JetComplete programs include additional training opportunities for multiple pilots and technicians.

Flight Supports
Flight support gives you access to the kinds of comprehensive flight planning services commercial airlines enjoy, all provided to you by our own FAA-licensed dispatchers. One call puts them to work for you, providing everything you might need, from pre-flight planning through en route flight monitoring and post-flight support.

Concierge Services
After you arrive at your destination, JetComplete continues to offer timesaving convenience with our concierge services. We'll arrange services such as hotel accommodations and ground transportation, and even handle other operational issues as they arise.

Maintenance Services
Eclipse Aviation, in conjunction with Pratt & Whitney Canada, provides the full range of maintenance services for your Eclipse 500 jet. JetComplete fixes your maintenance costs at a low, predictable level. Extended engine maintenance coverage and optional hot section coverage are also available. Together, these services can reduce your overall maintenance costs by up to 20 percent, while also extending your warranty.

Return-to-Service Support
While all Eclipse customers get 24/7 aircraft maintenance, technical phone support, and expedited parts delivery, JetComplete members enjoy a new level of responsiveness, Return-to-Service Support (RTS). One call to RTS puts you in touch with an Eclipse representative who will manage all of the arrangements necessary to repair your aircraft and return it to service in as few as 24 hours.

Data Service
With JetComplete, all of the subscriptions needed to operate your aircraft will be taken care of for you, including Jeppesen electronic navigation and XM satellite weather. In addition, we'll automatically handle all of your aircraft trending and jet engine trending for you, using real-time event data that we'll collect routinely whenever your plane is in the air. You'll also get enhanced access to a customer Web portal.

Preferred Pricing Program
The savings you'll realize through the preferred pricing program will almost pay for your entire JetComplete package. Thanks to an Eclipse-recommended insurance provider, we can help you save up to 15 percent on aircraft insurance. Fuel discounts are available at hundreds of participating FBOs throughout North America, which help our members save an average of 25 percent. JetComplete members also enjoy preferred pricing on genuine Eclipse Aviation spare parts, tooling, and ground support equipment. And any customer who needs additional training for groups of pilots or technicians can obtain it at a substantial discount off our published rates.
