has been manufacturing de-icers for aircraft for over 50
years (formerly under the name of Kleber). As an ISO 9001-certified
company, Aerazur has successfully designed and developed
complete systems for many aircraft. Aerazur’s parent
company, Zodiac, also manufactures a wide range of technological
competencies such as passenger seats, evacuation slides,
parachutes, oxygen systems, fuel systems, arresting systems
and pneumatic de-icers and components for the Eclipse 500.
Aerazur as Zodiac is established in Issy Les Moulineaux,
France, and manufactures the de-icing system in Normandy.

fuel components to both commercial and military customers
in the aircraft, missile and spacecraft fields. The

airframe products, aerial refueling systems, ground refueling
systems, and industrial liquefied gas pumps. Argo-Tech will
be collaborating with Eclipse Aviation to provide the entire
integrated fuel system for the Eclipse 500 jet.

supplying avionics and integrated electronics for the Eclipse
500. Bringing together British Aerospace (BAE) with Marconi
Electronic Systems (MES) has created a new group, BAE Systems,
that is not only greater in size, but also greater in terms
of the enhanced capability required to support aerospace
and defense customers all over the world. Aircraft Controls
is part of the BAE SYSTEMS North America family of companies.
BAE SYSTEMS Aircraft Controls, headquartered in Santa Monica,
CA, has a respected history of producing flight-proven military
and commercial control systems, ranging from avionics and
flight controls for manned and unmanned vehicles to advanced
specialty radars.
DEVORE
AVIATION CORPORATION OF AMERICA
An Albuquerque, New Mexico-based company
established in 1954, DeVore Aviation specializes in aircraft
lighting systems. DeVore
will be providing the Eclipse 500 with its external lighting
suite. DeVores lighting system will provide the necessary
visibility of the Eclipse 500 during ground and flight operations.
DEXTER-WILSON
Dexter-Wilson Corporation is supplying the throttle quadrant
assembly for the Eclipse 500. Dexter-Wilson is a Seattle,
Washington-based manufacturer of electro-mechanical flight
deck equipment for commercial and general aviation aircraft.
Dexter-Wilson worked with Eclipse Aviation to design and
develop the throttle quadrant, incorporating dual engine
throttle levers and autothrottle motor assemblies into a
compact assembly that also incorporates flap handle, speed
brake, and rudder trim functions. Our vertically integrated
facility includes engineering expertise and manufacturing
capabilities that include switches, lighted indicators,
flight controls, and mechanical assemblies.
DUKES,
INC.
Dukes, Inc., is a major supplier to the Eclipse 500, providing
a new generation digital interface cabin pressure control
system as well as high temperature valving and air control
components. Dukes, Inc., located in Northridge, California,
is an innovative and value-driven designer and manufacturer
of aircraft products for the commercial and military markets.
GENERAL
DYNAMICS AIRBORNE ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS
General Dynamics Airborne Electronic Systems is a key partner
for design and production of the Power Conversion and Distribution
System for the Eclipse 500. Based in Redmond, Washington,
GD-AES is a world leader in Power Conversion products, especially
for advanced technology, permanent magnet generator (PMG)
based power systems. In addition to the Power Conversion
Units, AES will supply the complete power distribution system,
including aft and forward electronic circuit breaker units,
the control, switching and fault protection circuitry, as
well as miscellaneous components necessary to complete the
aircraft power system. AES has been producing power related
and other airborne electronic equipment for commercial and
defense aviation for more than three decades.
MECAER
GROUP
The Mecaer Group of Companies is supplying the landing gear
to the Eclipse 500. Based in Italy and Canada, the Mecaer
Group aims to be recognized as a business partner “of
choice” by worldwide leading helicopters and light
aircraft manufacturers, by providing them with reliable
value-added designed products. Mecaer’s aeronautic
expertise is in the design, development, manufacture, and
certification of primary components including mechanical
and hydraulic flight controls systems, landing gears (both
wheeled and skid), hydraulic subsystems and components,
along with complete interiors systems for helicopters and
light aircraft through its controlled company SEI S.p.A.
MICHELIN
AIRCRAFT TIRE CORPORATION
Michelin will be providing radial tires, capable of use
on unimproved runways, for the Eclipse 500 jet. These radial
tires, which provide more mass, durability, safety and heat
resistance than bias tires, will be a standard feature on
the Eclipse 500. Currently, only 15 percent of the worlds
aircraft are equipped with radial tires. Over a century
of experience has made Michelin a world leader in manufacturing
tires for every type of vehicle, including airplanes, automobiles,
bicycles, earthmovers, farm equipment, heavy-duty trucks,
motorcycles and the space shuttle.
MTS
SYSTEMS CORPORATION
Eclipse
is working closely with MTS Systems Corporation of Eden
Prairie, Minnesota and the Alcoa Technical Center in Pittsburgh,
Pennsylvania to develop, validate and certify the friction
stir welding process for lightweight materials used in the
Eclipse 500. The friction stir welding equipment that will
be used to fabricate the primary structures of all Eclipse
500 jet aircraft has been installed at MTS, where the friction
stir welded structures for the initial flight test aircraft
will be manufactured.

Eclipse is inspired by NASA's vision of transportation in
the future, called the Small Aircraft Transportation System
(SATS) program. SATS articulates a goal of satisfying a
large portion of the emerging public demand for safe, higher-speed
mobility and increased accessibility, while unleashing the
full potential of the knowledge-based industrial expansion
to more suburban, rural and remote communities.

Parker Hannifin
Corporation is a leader in the development, design, manufacture
and support of motion and control systems for aerospace
and related high-technology industries. Through
their Aircraft Wheel & Brake Division under the Cleveland
brand name, Parker Hannifin will be equipping the Eclipse
500 with a lightweight wheel and multi-disc brake system
and related hydraulic components.

Pratt
& Whitney Canada (P&WC) is supplying the PW610F
engines for the Eclipse 500. P&WC, based in Longueuil,
Quebec, is a world leader in aviation engines powering business,
general aviation, and regional aircraft and helicopters.
The company also offers advanced engines for industrial
applications. P&WC's operations and service network
span the globe. P&WC is a subsidiary of United Technologies
Corporation (NYSE:UTX), a high-technology company based
in Hartford, Connecticut.

ENGINEERING
Partnering with the transportation industry in comprehensive,
world-class quality design, engineering, prototyping and
tooling services for more than 25 years, RCO Engineering
offers total engineering services. RCO has recently entered
the aerospace market and is developing the seats for the
Eclipse 500.

Saint
Gobain Performance Plastics, Aerospace Components, is an
internationally-recognized supplier of radomes for military,
business, commercial, and private aircraft, such as the
Eclipse 500. Our Norton® brand radomes have been an
industry standard for nearly half a century. We specialize
in the design and manufacture of radomes for weather avoidance,
predictive wind shear, direct broadcast satellite (DBS)
TV, SATCOM, ECM, search and rescue and special mission for
aircraft manufacturers, airlines, owner/operators, military,
and defense contractors throughout the world. Saint Gobain
Performance Plastics is also an FAA-approved repair station,
with facilities in Ravenna, OH and Seattle, WA, specializing
in the repair and modification of aircraft radomes.
The
Aerospace Components business of Saint Gobain also specializes
in supplying custom thermoformed and thermoset composite
components to leading commercial aircraft companies, specializing
in aircraft air control system ducting. In addition to aerospace
components, Aerospace Components also thermoform custom
designed components and enclosures for electronics, instrumentation,
communication, and medical device manufacturers. Their wide
