Eclipse Aviation and Hampson Aerospace, Inc. Resolve All Outstanding Disputes

ALBUQUERQUE, NM - January 22, 2008 - Eclipse Aviation, manufacturer of the world's first very light jet (VLJ), and Hampson Aerospace, Inc., today announced the two companies have reached a full and final settlement of all claims and disputes. This will result in the dismissal, with prejudice, of the complaints previously filed in litigation and arbitration between the parties. The terms of the settlement are confidential between the parties and will not be disclosed.
