Eclipse Aviation Corporation Names Vice President of Human Resources and Administration
Appointment illustrates company's preparation for continued growth
ALBUQUERQUE, NM - May 28, 2002 - Eclipse Aviation Corporation today announced it has named Tina Rulo, vice president of human resources and administration. Rulo has more than 20 years of human resources leadership experience in high-growth companies.

As vice president of human resources and administration, Rulo will lead Eclipse Aviation’s continued efforts to establish the culture and supporting policies to attract and retain highly skilled employees. She is also responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources discipline, including the company’s compliance with regulations at federal, state and local levels.

In her tenure as vice president of human resources at various high technology companies, Rulo has created and lead the implementation of worldwide staffing and training programs, professional and leadership development institutes, and employee retention plans. She has also implemented recruiting processes that have resulted in dramatic increases in employment with excellent offer-acceptance rates. Rulo has previously been the vice president of human resources for high growth companies that include Western Multiplex, Hyperion Solutions, and VLSI Technology Inc.
