Eclipse Aviation Corporation Names Vice Presidents of Supply Management and Marketing
Appointments exemplify company's continued progress toward delivery of the Eclipse 500 jet in 2003
ALBUQUERQUE, NM - November 8, 2000 - Eclipse Aviation Corporation today announced it has named Dottie Hall, vice president of marketing and Chris Herzog, vice president of supply management.
As vice president of marketing, Hall will lead the development of a complete business marketing strategy. She will also be responsible for establishing the company's market position and building a strong brand image worldwide.
Herzog will be the chief architect of Eclipse's supply management strategy, playing a critical role in delivering on the company's vision of producing a low-cost aircraft at high volume production rates.
Both Hall and Herzog bring with them over 20 years of experience in their respective fields.
"We're committed to building a major company so assembling a stellar management team is essential," said Vern Raburn, president and CEO of Eclipse Aviation. "Both Chris and Dottie are tops in their fields. They will add their considerable talents to our already strong management team."
Hall has served in a consulting capacity as acting vice president of marketing for Eclipse Aviation since January of this year. Prior to her work with Eclipse, she was president of a successful high-technology marketing consultation firm. A veteran of the personal computer industry, she has held marketing management positions at Microsoft, Symantec and Slate Corporation. Hall serves on the Experimental Aircraft Association's (EAA) Science, Math and Technology National Advisory Panel.
Prior to joining Eclipse, Herzog was the founder and president of EuroBridge Inc., an international procurement and sales consulting firm specializing in helping American companies manage their European customer and supplier networks. Herzog also served in multiple roles including head of procurement, program management and engineering at leading aircraft manufacturers in Europe and the United States.
