The "customers-only" section features a monthly editorial from Raburn, periodic updates from engineering and other departments, and a customers-only discussion forum. Other features of the web site include: Eclipse Dispatches - informal updates on a variety of topics; Ask Eclipse - customer questions will be forwarded to the appropriate Eclipse expert and answered promptly; and an Eclipse Store - which contains Eclipse gear offered exclusively to customers.

The company plans to enhance the functionality of the web site as the aircraft development program progresses. Eventually each Eclipse customer will be able to view live video images of his or her aircraft during its assembly.
