

ALBUQUERQUE, NM — Today Eclipse Aviation, manufacturer of the world’s first very light jet (VLJ) announces that yesterday, the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico denied PA Aviace Ltd.’s (Aviace) request for a preliminary injunction against Eclipse Aviation.
In denying Aviace's request, the court found that “Aviace has not shown a substantial likelihood of prevailing on the merits of any of its claims.” The finding concluded with “Therefore, Aviace’s Application for Preliminary Injunction must be denied.”
